6. Billing Verification

To help prevent fraudulent transactions, please ensure that your billing information exactly matches the information on file with your payment provider. Orders identified by our automated fraud detection systems may be delayed or cancelled to protect the security of the cardholder.

7. Refunds

All refunds are processed in accordance with our official Refund & Return Policy. Once a refund request has been approved, it will be completed within 7 business days and issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
